CSCS Labourer

Position: Labourer
Location: PR3 Garstang
Pay Rate: £16.18 per hour (umbrella)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our Residential Housing clients who are seeking a dedicated and reliable labourer with CSCS card and previous labouring experience on building sites to assist with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* General labouring duties on site including site cleaning, material handling, and assisting tradespeople
* Ensuring the work area is tidy, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
* Assisting with construction and maintenance tasks as required
* Supporting the site manager and other team members to ensure smooth project progression

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS card
* Previous labouring experience on building sites is essential
* A positive and proactive attitude with a strong commitment to safety
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Pre plaster checks using mastic gun
* Driving license preferred but not essential
