The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established roofing and cladding contractor based in Greater Manchester. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing and cladding solutions across commercial and industrial projects, with a commitment to safety, reliability, and excellence.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple roofing and cladding projects from inception through to completion. This will include overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources, while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from initial planning to handover, delivering on time and within budget.
*

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
*

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
*

Monitor project progress, produce reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
*

Identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
*

Ensure compliance with health andamp; safety legislation and company procedures.

Skills and Experience Required

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager within roofing, cladding, or construction.
*

Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
*

Commercial awareness with experience in managing budgets and contracts.
*

Knowledge of project management tools/software.
*
