We're looking for a skilled Joiner (Multi-Trade Operative) to join our Brighton team. You'll carry out a range of repairs and maintenance across our properties - from joinery and plumbing to painting and general upkeep - making sure our homes are safe, compliant, and comfortable for residents.

What you'll do:

Complete planned and reactive repairs to a high standard
*

Deliver joinery, plumbing, electrical testing (PAT), painting, gardening and more
*

Ensure works meet compliance, Health andamp; Safety and contract targets
*

Provide a responsive and positive service for residents
*

Keep accurate records and work closely with our scheduler and asset team

What we're looking for:

*

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Joinery + multi-trade skills (plumbing/electrical/general maintenance)
*

Hands-on experience in property maintenance (housing, hotels, or similar)
*

Strong Health andamp; Safety knowledge
*

Organised, reliable, and able to work on your own initiative
*

Compassionate, flexible, and great with people

Other requirements:

*

Full - clean UK driving licence (to drive company van)
*

Willingness to complete a DBS check
