Managing and mentoring a team of planners, providing guidance and performance support.

Driving continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.

What you will need to succeed:

*

Proven experience as a Planning Manager or Regional Planning Lead within construction.
*

Strong knowledge of programme management, including Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
*

Experience managing multiple, high-value projects simultaneously.
*

Solid understanding of groundworks, new build, refurbishment, or fit-out programmes.
*

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
*

Ability to mentor and develop a team of planners across multiple sites.
*

Understanding of JCT, NEC, or equivalent forms of construction contracts.
*

A strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational delivery with long-term programme planning.

What you get in return:

*

Competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.
*

Attractive benefits package including car allowance, private healthcare, pension, and bonus potential.
*

Leadership role with significant autonomy and influence over regional project delivery.
*

Opportunities for career growth in a company committed to professional development.
*

Work in a supportive, collaborative culture delivering large-scale, high-profile projects.
