Estimator - roofing

Our client, a well-established and reputable roofing contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in delivering accurate and competitive tenders across a range of roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for commercial and domestic roofing projects
*

Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates
*

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and procurement
*

Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required
*

Work closely with project and contracts managers to ensure seamless handover and delivery

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Estimator within the roofing industry
*

Strong understanding of various roofing systems and materials
*

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
*

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
*

Strong communication and negotiation skills
