Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (day shifts)

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based on the Durley Industrial Estate, for Factory Staff with some CNC press brake experience to join their production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in factory or sheet-metal work who's looking to build on their CNC press brake skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with operating CNC press brake machines
*

Handle sheet metal components safely and efficiently
*

Carry out basic quality checks and ensure parts meet specification
*

Maintain a clean and organised work area
*

Support general factory and production tasks as required

Candidate Requirements

*

Previous factory or manufacturing experience essential
*

Hands-on experience with CNC press brakes (any model)
*

Ability to read and follow basic job instructions or drawings
*

Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
*

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
