Senior Site Manager - High-End Office Fit Out | Central London

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality office fit out project in Central London. Starting in January 2026 and running through to the end of 2026, this £8 million project involves the transformation of a premium commercial workspace to exceptional design and performance standards.

You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining health andamp; safety compliance, achieving programme targets, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Lead subcontractor teams and coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and resourcing.
*

Drive the project programme, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, and client representatives.
*

Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*

Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
*

Ensure all works meet design specifications and quality standards.
*

Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
*

Manage all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and daily records.
*

Promote continuous improvement and uphold company values throughout project delivery.

About You

*

Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects, ideally within central London.
*

Strong technical knowledge of high-end finishes, Mandamp;E coordination, and fast-paced environments.
*

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
*

In-depth understanding of construction sequencing, quality assurance, and Handamp;S management.
*

Relevant SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications.
*

A confident, proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and client satisfaction.
