CAD Technician

Our client, a well-established Mechanical andamp; Electrical (Mandamp;E) contractor based in North Manchester, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their growing design team.

The Role:

As a CAD Technician, you'll play a key role in producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings to support the delivery of Mandamp;E projects from concept to completion.
You'll work closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

* Producing detailed Mandamp;E drawings using AutoCAD (and Revit, if applicable)
* Supporting the design and coordination of mechanical and electrical services
* Updating drawings based on site or client changes
* Liaising with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project accuracy

Requirements:

* Experience in an Mandamp;E or building services environment
* Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD essential; Revit experience desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
