Location: Cumbria

Join as a Regional SHE Manager, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across our regional operations.

The Role

You'll provide expert advice and guidance to regional management on all SHE matters, embedding our HomeSafe culture and ensuring full compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:

Driving continuous improvement in SHE performance, governance, and training.
*

Leading inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring timely close-out of actions.
*

Supporting the delivery of mandatory Handamp;S training and maintaining the regional SHE training matrix.
*

Partnering with regional leaders to promote a positive safety culture and ensure consistent application of standards.

About You

*

Relevant SHE qualification with proven experience in housebuilding or construction.
*

Strong understanding of Handamp;S legislation and best practice.
*

Skilled influencer and communicator, able to engage at all levels.
*

Proven ability to implement effective SHE systems and drive cultural change.
*

Excellent organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
