Job Title: Joiner (Temporary) - Social Housing Responsive Repairs
Hours: Full Time - 38 hours per week
Package: Van andamp; Fuel Card Provided

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our responsive repairs team working within social housing properties. This is a temporary, full-time role, carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and carpentry tasks in occupied and void homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out responsive repair joinery works to a high standard
*

Complete jobs efficiently using a company-provided PDA
*

Work across a range of social housing properties
*

Provide excellent customer service to tenants
*

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures

Requirements:

Qualified/Experienced Joiner
*

Experience using a PDA is essential
*

Previous experience within social housing repairs is highly desirable
*

Full UK driving licence (van andamp; fuel card provided)
*

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
