£60,000-£70,000 + package

About the Role:
Our client, a fast-growing specialist subcontractor based in Liverpool, is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Senior Site Manager to oversee their trade packages across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in a technical, energetic environment and wants to lead a small, specialist team to deliver high-quality works.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage your trade operatives on site
*

Ensure work is delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards
*

Coordinate with Main Contractors and other subcontractors
*

Ensure full compliance with Health andamp; Safety and company standards
*

Be the driving force for a motivated and energetic team

Requirements:

*

Experience managing a specialist trade team on multiple sites
*

Strong technical knowledge in joinery, fire safety, or similar specialist works
*

Energetic, hungry, and enthusiastic - ready to take initiative
*

SMSTS/SSSTS or equivalent
*

Excellent communication and coordination skills
