We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious luxury new-build residential development in the heart of Cumbria. Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project delivery

Manage subcontractors, trades, and on-site workforce
*

Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and finish
*

Maintain strict health andamp; safety compliance and site documentation
*

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project management teams
*

Drive project timelines and ensure targets are met
*

Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

Must hold SMST First Aid
