Plumber

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our client on a large-scale student accommodation development in Glasgow. The successful candidate will work as part of an established mechanical team, helping to deliver high-quality plumbing installations across a multi-unit residential project.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems within new-build student accommodation units
* Carry out first and second fix works, including pipework, sanitary ware, drainage, and heating systems
* Work from technical drawings and collaborate with site supervisors and other trades
* Ensure all work meets current regulations, safety standards, and project specifications
* Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

* Proven experience as a plumber, ideally within residential or multi-unit construction
* NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
* Valid CSCS/JIB card
* Strong understanding of building and safety regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
