The Opportunity

Our client is one of the fastest-growing housing associations in the Northwest, offering excellent long-term opportunities within their responsive maintenance team. They are now seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Liverpool team, carrying out works across both occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Duties

*

All aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and installations
*

1st and 2nd fix plumbing including pipework, bathrooms, sinks, taps, and toilets
*

Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, and general plumbing faults
*

Installing and maintaining sanitary ware and fixtures
*

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across tenanted and void properties
*

Completing minor multi-trade tasks where required (e.g., basic joinery, small patch repairs)
*

Using PDA systems to receive and update daily jobs
*

Engaging positively with tenants and delivering excellent customer service
*

Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with health andamp; safety guidelines

Requirements

*

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or proven equivalent experience)
*

Experience working within social housing or similar domestic environments
*

Strong communication and customer service skills
*

Confident using PDA systems
*

Full UK driving licence
*

Must be clean shaven for Face Fit testing
*

No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans
