Our Client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in surfacing or residential housing development to work on a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Managing project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts
*

Preparing and reviewing valuations, cost plans, and tender documentation
*

Monitoring budgets and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle
*

Managing subcontractor packages, including procurement and payments
*

Preparing variations and supporting commercial negotiations
*

Working closely with project and operational teams to ensure commercial success

Requirements:

*

4-5 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
*

Proven experience within surfacing, civil engineering, or residential housing development
*

Strong understanding of cost management, contracts, and procurement
*

Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
*

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
