Aluminium Factory Manager

Our client is a well-established aluminium fabrication business based in Ellesmere Port and is seeking an experienced Aluminium Factory Manager to lead and oversee production operations.

This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone with strong leadership experience within aluminium fabrication and glazing systems.

The Role:

Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production output
*

Manage and lead a shop floor team of approximately 17 operatives
*

Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are met
*

Supervise fabrication of Windows, Doors, and Curtain Wall systems
*

Work closely with senior fabrication staff and technical teams
*

Implement and improve production processes and efficiencies
*

Ensure health andamp; safety compliance across the factory
*

Liaise with management, suppliers, and project teams as required

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Proven experience in a Factory Manager / Production Manager role within aluminium fabrication
*

Strong background in windows, doors, and curtain wall systems
*

Experience managing shop floor teams and senior fabricators
*

Good technical knowledge and ability to read and interpret drawings
*

Confident using technical systems and Windows-based software
*

Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
