Liverpool City Centre - Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction company working on a multi‑storey residential/commercial development in Liverpool City Centre. You will play a key role in managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for the project.
*

Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of construction.
*

Manage procurement, tendering, and subcontractor negotiations.
*

Conduct regular site visits to review progress and validate cost reporting.
*

Prepare monthly reports for senior management and clients.
*

Support the project team in risk management and cost planning decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on multi‑storey construction projects.
*

Strong knowledge of construction cost management, contracts, and procurement.
*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*

Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office.
*

Relevant RICS or equivalent accreditation is desirable but not essential.
