Estimator

This role will focus on pricing cladding packages across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for cladding packages
*

Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents
*

Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
*

Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
*

Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure competitive and compliant tenders

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Estimator within cladding systems
*

Strong knowledge of cladding materials and construction methods
*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
*

Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
