Document Controller

Our client, a specialist glazing and aluminium contractor, is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to support their growing project team. This role is key to ensuring accurate document control across a range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, distribute, and maintain project documentation in line with company procedures
*

Ensure all drawings, specifications, and records are accurately logged and updated
*

Coordinate document submissions between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
*

Maintain version control and ensure compliance with project requirements
*

Support project managers and site teams with document-related queries

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a Document Controller role within construction, glazing, aluminium, or a related sector
*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*

Experience using document management systems
*

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
