Quantity Surveyor - Civils

Our client, a reputable civils contractor, is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to progress their career within a growing and supportive business. This role is ideal for someone with a civils background, working across a variety of infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project costs from tender stage through to final account
*

Prepare valuations, cost reports, and forecasts
*

Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers
*

Assess, price, and agree variations and change control
*

Work closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial performance
*

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget



Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civils or construction projects
*

Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
*

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
*

Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing business
