The Role
Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities within the healthcare fit-out and refurbishment market. This is a key role focused on developing relationships, securing new work, and strengthening the company's position within this specialist sector.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare fit-out and refurbishment sector
*

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients, consultants, architects, and key stakeholders
*

Managing the full business development lifecycle, from lead generation through to contract award
*

Working closely with pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids
*

Attending client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
*

Maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and providing accurate forecasts
*

Contributing to overall business growth strategy within the healthcare market

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Business Development Manager will have:

Proven experience in a Business Development role within fit-out and refurbishment
*

Demonstrable experience working specifically within the healthcare sector
*

A strong network of contacts across healthcare clients, consultants, or frameworks
*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*

A commercially astute approach with the ability to identify profitable opportunities
*

A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a track record of winning work
*

A full UK driving licence
