Surfacing Contracts Manager

Our client, a well-established road surfacing contractor in the North West, is seeking an experienced Surfacing Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage high-profile highways and surfacing projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee surfacing contracts from pre-start through to completion
* Plan and programme works, managing site teams and subcontractors
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Maintain strong client relationships, including local authorities and commercial clients
* Manage contract costs, variations, and reporting
* Ensure compliance with quality, health andamp; safety, and environmental standards

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within road surfacing or highways
* Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
* Relevant industry qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent)
* Ability to manage multiple projects across the North West
* Excellent communication and client liaison skills
