Document Controller

Our client, a leading commercial contractor in the UK, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their dynamic team. They deliver excellence across commercial construction projects, and their success relies on precision, communication, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, control, and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and client standards.

Coordinate document workflows between project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
*

Maintain document registers, version control, and secure filing systems.
*

Support the preparation of reports, submissions, and regulatory documentation.
*

Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents to facilitate smooth project operations.

What We're Looking For:

*

Previous experience as a Document Controller, ideally within construction or commercial contracting.
*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*

Proficiency with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint).
*

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
