The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to take a leading role within the Prime Residential division. This position is suited to a commercially astute professional who enjoys client-facing work, leading teams, and contributing to the strategic growth of a high-performing consultancy.

As Associate Director - Prime Residential, you will be responsible for:

Leading the delivery of prime residential projects from inception through to completion

Acting as the primary client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships
*

Providing expert cost management and commercial advice on high-value residential schemes
*

Managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
*

Supporting business development and contributing to work-winning activities
*

Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest professional and quality standards

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Associate Director - Prime Residential will have:

A strong background in prime or high-end residential property
*

Proven experience in a senior quantity surveying or consultancy role
*

MRICS qualification (or working towards Associate/Director-level accreditation)
*

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
*

A commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to strategic growth
*

Leadership experience with a collaborative and proactive approach
