Branch Manager

I am currently working with an engineering supply distributor looking for a Branch Manager to work in their Manchester branch.

They are a market leading distributor of engineering products with over 100 years of combined experience. They have some exceptional relationships with large organisations, providing solid repeat business month after month.

They are currently looking for a Branch Manager with experience in the engineering sector. They supply domestic and commercial industrial tubes, valves, fittings and associated products so experience and knowledge regarding their stock is absolutely essential.

The Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Bury branch, as well as maximising leads and sales. As they currently have a strong client base, you'll be tasked with further nurturing these relationships and upselling where possible. You will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers and managing stats. They are currently in a period of growth and investment to assist with their lead generation.

About them:

They are a family run business with an extremely low staff turnover. The reason for the current opportunity is that a long-standing member of staff is retiring and they're looking to replace them with someone looking to drive the organisation forward. The successful candidate will be given autonomy over the branch and will be able to really take ownership and put their stamp on the business.

It's a really exciting time to join the business with new investment in sales infrastructure at the heart of the plans for 2026, maximizing sales opportunities and opening up new doors to new business.

The salary for the role will be between £40k - £50k depending on experience and there will also be a lucrative bonus scheme in place.
