Independent Domestic Violence Adviser (IDVA)

📍 St Helens (Office-Based)
💰 £34,064 (£17.65 per hour)
🕒 37 hours per week

We are recruiting 2 experienced IDVA practitioners to support victims of domestic abuse.

Roles available:
* Caseworker IDVA - Manage caseloads, complete safety plans, attend MARAC, work with partner agencies.
* Duty Officer IDVA - Triage referrals, provide immediate safety planning and crisis support.

Both roles include duty cover (calls, self-referrals, face-to-face support) and require strong record-keeping and system skills (Mainstay preferred).

✔ Experience working with domestic abuse victims essential
✔ Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Adults) required
✔ SafeLives/IDVA qualification desirable
