About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee a high-quality CAT A office fit-out project in Glasgow city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations on a CAT A office fit-out project
*

Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site
*

Ensure strict compliance with health andamp; safety regulations and company policies
*

Coordinate with the Project Manager and commercial team to maintain programme and budget targets
*

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections
*

Monitor quality control and ensure works are delivered to specification
*

Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and site documentation
*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
*

Proactively resolve site issues and mitigate project risks

About You

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects (CAT A experience essential)
*

Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and programme management
*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualified
*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*

Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme under tight deadlines
*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
