Job Title: Painter andamp; Decorator - Social Housing (Temp to Perm)

Location: Warrington andamp; St. Helens

Pay Rate: £19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter andamp; Decorator to work on social housing properties. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established team.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
*

Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Painter andamp; Decorator in social housing or domestic properties
*

NVQ Level 2 in Painting andamp; Decorating (or equivalent) - proof required
*

Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
*

Must be comfortable using a PDA system to manage jobs
*

Must be clean shaven to comply with face-fit requirements
*

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
