The Role

As Fit-Out Estimator, you will be responsible for:

Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £200k to £200m
*

Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
*

Producing detailed take-offs and pricing schedules
*

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
*

Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions
*

Working closely with the commercial and operational teams to support successful project delivery
*

Assisting in tender adjudications and client submissions

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Fit-Out Estimator will have:

Proven experience in estimating within the fit-out, refurbishment, or interiors sector
*

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
*

Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines
*

Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and supply chain
*

Strong communication and negotiation skills
*

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
*

A proactive and driven approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
