The Role

We are seeking a Senior Estimator - CAT A andamp; B Fit Out to join a busy and ambitious team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for medium to large-scale commercial fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards.

As Senior Estimator - CAT A and B Fit Out, you will be responsible for:

Preparing detailed estimates for CAT A andamp; B commercial fit-out projects
*

Reviewing tender documentation and identifying risk and opportunities
*

Collaborating with design and project teams to ensure feasible and profitable pricing
*

Managing and updating cost databases, subcontractor rates, and supplier pricing
*

Producing comprehensive reports, tender submissions, and cost plans
*

Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in estimating CAT A andamp; B fit-out projects
*

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and commercial interiors
*

Excellent numeracy, analytical, and attention to detail
*

Experience using estimating software and MS Office, particularly Excel
*

Strong communication and negotiation skills
*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders to deadlines
