Job Title: Communal Cleaner - Social Housing
📍 St. Helens/Warrington
💷 £16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
🚐 Company van andamp; fuel card provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Communal Cleaner to work across social housing blocks in the Liverpool and Wirral areas.

The Role:

*

Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within social housing blocks
*

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising
*

Cleaning stairwells, corridors, lifts, and entrances
*

Removing litter and ensuring high standards of cleanliness
*

Reporting any maintenance issues or health andamp; safety concerns

Requirements:

*

Full clean manual UK driving licence
*

Maximum 6 penalty points accepted
*

Previous communal or commercial cleaning experience preferred
*

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
*

Good understanding of health andamp; safety procedures
