The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of a residential development, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all on-site operations from start through to completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
* Ensure strict adherence to health andamp; safety regulations
* Monitor build quality to ensure exceptional standards are maintained
* Deliver projects in line with programme and budget
* Report progress to senior management and key stakeholders
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient site

About You

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent understanding of health andamp; safety requirements
* High attention to detail and quality
* Ability to drive programmes and meet deadlines
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
