Marketing and Content Coordinator

Salary :30-35K PA DOE

I'm currently working with a growing and well-established business to recruit a Marketing andamp; Content Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and proactive individual who enjoys a hands-on role combining content creation, digital marketing, and brand development.

This position offers real variety and the chance to play a key role in showcasing projects, people, and company culture across multiple platforms.

The Role

As Marketing andamp; Content Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, supporting marketing activity, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.

Key responsibilities include:

* Capturing, editing, and publishing high-quality photo and video content for social media (Instagram andamp; LinkedIn), website, and marketing materials
* Planning and scheduling content around project completions, company updates, and key events
* Managing and updating the company website with new projects and content
* Coordinating project completion photography, including liaising with internal teams and scheduling shoots
* Producing compelling case studies using project information and imagery
* Supporting the creation of presentations and bid documents (PQQs, tenders, capability documents)
* Maintaining internal digital displays, including the HQ reception screen
* Ensuring all marketing materials and documents are aligned with brand guidelines
* Occasionally carrying out 3D property scans using a Matterport camera

About You

* Experience in a marketing, content, or digital role
* Strong photography and video editing skills
* Experience managing social media platforms and websites
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and a good eye for branding and design
* Confident communicator who can work with internal stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive, creative, and able to take ownership of your work

Desirable Experience

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
* Exposure to the construction, property, or built environment sector
* Experience supporting bid or tender submissions
* Familiarity with Matterport or similar technology
