Estimator

Our client is a well-established and highly respected specialist in high-end interior fit-out, delivering exceptional projects across the hospitality sector, including hotels, bars, and restaurants.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic commercial team.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction phase, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of fast-paced and design-led fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
* Analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
* Identifying value engineering opportunities
* Working closely with the commercial and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Attending site visits and client meetings where required

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Estimator within the interior fit-out sector
* Strong background in hospitality projects (hotels, bars, restaurants)
* Excellent understanding of materials, construction methods, and market rates
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
