The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

* Managing project costs from inception through to completion
* Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
* Administering contracts and managing variations
* Carrying out valuations and agreeing final accounts
* Working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams
* Supporting procurement strategies and supply chain engagement
* Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercially successful

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

* Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within consultancy or contractor environment
* Experience working on projects in the region of £5m-£15m
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
* A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
