The Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Document Controller to join the team on a 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent. This role will support a live construction project, ensuring all documentation is accurately managed, controlled, and distributed across multiple teams.

As Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

* Uploading, organising, and maintaining project documentation
* Managing documents using systems such as SharePoint and Procore
* Acting as the main point of contact for incoming and outgoing project files
* Ensuring all documents are correctly named, version controlled, and distributed
* Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding documentation
* Supporting project teams by keeping records accurate and up to date
* Assisting with general document control and administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Document Controller will have:

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confidence using digital systems and document management tools
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple teams
* Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines efficiently
* Previous experience in document control, administration, or construction support (desirable but not essential)
