Estimator / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The Role
You will be involved in the commercial and estimating aspects of roofing and cladding projects, working closely with an experienced team. Responsibilities will include:

* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
* Supporting project cost control and financial reporting
* Developing a strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems

What We're Looking For

* An Assistant Quantity Surveying or someone with estimating experience in construction.
* Roofing or cladding experience is preferable but not essential.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Good communication and organisational abilities
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
