Estimator

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction who is looking to be part of a forward-thinking and community-focused business.

About the Company:
Our client delivers a comprehensive range of design, refurbishment, and construction services, including interior fit-outs and smaller works projects.

About the Role:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive costings across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Producing detailed estimates and competitive quotations
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
* Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost efficiencies
* Supporting project teams throughout the planning and delivery stages

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in an estimating role within construction or property services
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective communication and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office
