* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual conditions to achieve best value outcomes
* Ensure procurement activity aligns with project programmes and key milestones

* Monitor and manage supplier and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, and safety standards
* Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks across projects
* Support early-stage procurement involvement during pre-construction phases
* Maintain accurate procurement schedules, records, and reporting systems
* Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes and supply chain engagement

About You

* Strong knowledge of subcontractor and supplier procurement processes
* Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen
* Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-focused with a proactive and structured approach
* Experience within MMC or healthcare construction environments would be advantageous

What's on Offer

* Opportunity to work on innovative, high-profile healthcare and MMC projects
* A strategic role with real influence over procurement and supply chain direction
* Supportive and collaborative working environment
* Strong career development opportunities within a growing organisation
* Competitive salary and benefits package
