Health & Safety Administrator

About the Company:
Our client is a well-established fit-out contractor based in Manchester, delivering high-quality commercial and interior projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for excellence, safety, and innovation, they are now looking to expand their team with a dedicated Health andamp; Safety Administrator.

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the Health andamp; Safety function across a range of fast-paced construction and fit-out projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update health andamp; safety documentation, records, and systems
* Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
* Monitor and track site compliance, audits, and inspections
* Coordinate training records, certifications, and renewals
* Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
* Ensure all documentation aligns with current legislation and company policies

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Health andamp; Safety or administrative role (construction experience preferred)
* Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
* Good understanding of health andamp; safety regulations within construction (desirable)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
* Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
