Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a lightweight Steel Framing System (SFS) apartment scheme in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced residential development using modern methods of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the full project through to completion
* Manage programme and quality to ensure successful project outcomes
* Lead communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
* Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
* Ensure compliance with health andamp; safety regulations and building standards
* Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks and delays
* Ensure all documentation is correctly administered and Company Procedures are followed

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing residential or mixed-use construction projects
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
