Sales Admin Executive

The Opportunity:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Appointment Setter andamp; Sales Administration Executive to support their continued growth. This is a varied role combining sales support, client relationship management, and administrative coordination, with a strong focus on generating high-quality meetings and driving revenue from existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively contact existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Managing Director, ensuring efficient diary management
* Qualify leads to ensure all booked meetings are relevant and commercially valuable
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and prospects using Google Sheets
* Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and handling documentation
* Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Support the wider sales pipeline through consistent lead nurturing and communication

Skills andamp; Experience Required:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in sales support, appointment setting, or customer service
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office tools
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Confident and professional telephone manner

Salary andamp; Benefits:

* £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
* Bonus incentive based on qualified meetings
* Profit based bonus scheme
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
* Company pension scheme
