We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term project involving refurbishment works and asbestos remediation on a live university site.

The role requires a strong focus on health andamp; safety, coordination of specialist contractors, and maintaining project timelines within a sensitive, occupied environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Ensure strict compliance with health andamp; safety procedures
* Liaise with university stakeholders and subcontractors
* Monitor progress and report on programme milestones
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work
* Asbestos Awareness
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage works in a live/public-facing environment
