Contracts Manager - Flat Roofing

Location: UK Wide / Site Based
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver flat roofing projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The successful candidate will manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple flat roofing contracts from start to finish
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, materials, and workmanship quality
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and financial performance
* Manage project risks, programmes, and client expectations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and supply partners
* Ensure compliance with health andamp; safety regulations and company standards
* Promote a culture of safety, quality, professionalism, and excellence across all projects

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing or construction
* Extensive knowledge of flat roofing systems, including:

* Single ply
* Built-up felt
* Liquid roofing
* EPDM
* GRP/Fibreglass
* Green roofs

* Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
* Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable Qualifications

* SMSTS
* CSCS
* IOSH / NEBOSH
* Roofing-related qualifications or accreditations
