Cleaner (Social Housing) - Liverpool

£16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) | 39 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued social housing client for an experienced Cleaner to join their team in Liverpool.



The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a range of residential buildings, ensuring safe and hygienic environments for tenants.

Key Responsibilities

* Cleaning of communal areas including hallways, stairwells, and shared facilities
* Working across multiple sites/buildings
* General cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
* Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Cleaner is essential
* Full UK driving licence required
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
