Electrician - Social Housing

PAY RATE - £26.44 Umbrella

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Salisbury area.



This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work. This position is an immediate start/ TEMP position.

The Role:

* Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
* Fault finding and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
* Working independently across various properties in the Midlands
* Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with tenants

Requirements:

* Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* PAT Testing Certificate
* Current Certificate to BS2391 or equivalent standard in testing and inspection
* Previous experience within social housing is highly desirable
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
