Site Supervisor

Our client, a leading specialist roofing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing and waterproofing solutions across the UK, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in flat roofing to take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate roofing operatives and subcontractors on site.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and health andamp; safety regulations.
* Monitor project progress and report updates to Contracts Managers.
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout project delivery.
* Manage materials, plant, and labour resources effectively.
* Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure all site documentation, permits, and records are completed accurately.
* Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within the roofing industry.
* Strong background in flat roofing systems.
* Excellent knowledge of health andamp; safety legislation and site management practices.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred.
* CSCS card essential.
