Groundworker (Social Housing)

Location: Liverpool, UK (Multiple Areas)
Rate: £19.50 p/h via PAYE Umbrella
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 39hrs per week
Contract: Temporary-to-Permanent

Our client, a well-established contractor within the Social Housing sector, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a reputable business.

The Role:
You will be carrying out a variety of external groundworks and fencing repairs across occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

* General groundworks repairs and maintenance.
* Installation and repair of timber fencing and gates.
* Slabbing, paving and concreting works.
* Drainage repairs and associated groundwork tasks.
* Working safely within occupied residential environments.
* Ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with health and safety regulations.

Essential Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Card.
* NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Groundworks.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Proven experience in groundworks within a repairs or maintenance environment.
* Strong fencing experience is essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
