Electrician

Electrician - Social Housing | Stockport | £22-£23 per hour | Van andamp; Fuel Card Provided

We are currently recruiting for experienced Electricians to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Stockport area.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified electricians looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

The Role:

* Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
* Fault finding, testing, and inspection
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
* Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes
* Participating in an on-call rota

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* AM2 qualification
* 18th Edition
* Test andamp; Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)
* Previous social housing experience is essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Own hand tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
