Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Package

About the Role

An established design and build fit-out contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join its growing delivery team based in Warrington. Operating across the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector, the business delivers high-quality Cat A andamp; Cat B office fit-outs, industrial refurbishments, leisure, retail, education and laboratory projects from concept through to completion. The company offers nationwide project delivery, providing a turnkey service including design, Mandamp;E, bespoke joinery, furniture installation and full project management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on programme and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day running of multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
* Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with Health andamp; Safety legislation.
* Produce and maintain site programmes, reporting progress against key milestones.
* Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets client specifications and company standards.
* Manage site logistics, deliveries and material requirements.
* Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to Project Managers and clients.
* Maintain site records including RAMS, permits, inductions and daily diaries.
* Identify and resolve site issues to minimise programme delays.
* Manage snagging, commissioning and successful project handovers.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out, refurbishment or interiors.
* Experience delivering Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects would be advantageous.
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously.
* Strong knowledge of Health andamp; Safety regulations and quality management.
* Competent using Microsoft Office and project management software.
* Full UK Driving Licence.

Essential Qualifications

* SMSTS
* CSCS Black Card
* First Aid at Work
* Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
* Full UK Driving License
